Thor Sniper Privacy Policy

Introduction

Thor Sniper is a locally-installed Windows desktop application. You connect your social accounts (Telegram, Discord, etc.) to monitor groups and channels for contract addresses, and authenticate with the Thor API to execute trades.

This policy covers two distinct areas:

• Your social credentials — stored exclusively on your local machine. Nothing about your social logins, sessions, or monitored groups is ever shared, uploaded, or transmitted outside your device.
• Your trading activity — executed via the Thor API. Wallet addresses, trade data, and order details are transmitted to the Thor backend as part of trade execution. This data is governed by the Thor Privacy Policy.

Data Processed Locally

2.1 Information You Provide

• Messaging platform credentials — Telegram phone number, Discord token. These are never sent to our servers; they are encrypted and stored locally only.
• Thor API access code — stored locally to authenticate with the Thor API.
• Solana wallet address — public key only; no private keys are ever requested or stored by the application.
• Trading preferences — buy amounts, slippage tolerance, take-profit / stop-loss settings, order expiration.
• Monitored groups/channels — the messaging groups and channels you configure for monitoring.

2.2 Information Generated During Use

• Detected contract addresses — token CA, sender name/ID, group name, and message text. Stored locally only; never transmitted outside your device.
• Trade execution data — when you execute a trade, the relevant details (wallet address, contract address, amounts, order parameters) are transmitted to the Thor API. This is handled under the Thor Privacy Policy.
• Application logs — diagnostic logs generated during runtime. Stored locally only; never transmitted externally.

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

• Your social credentials — Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp sessions are never sent to our servers or any third party. They stay on your machine only.
• No Solana private keys.
• No email addresses, real names, or account registration data.
• No telemetry, analytics, or crash reports.

How Data Is Stored

Your social credentials and sessions (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp) are stored exclusively on your local machine, encrypted using your operating system's built-in security. They are bound to your specific Windows user account and cannot be read by other users or on other machines.

Your trade and wallet data flows through the Thor API backend as part of trade execution and is subject to the Thor Privacy Policy.

External Communications

4.1 Thor API (thor.odin.tools)

When executing trades, Thor Sniper communicates with the Thor API. The following data is transmitted:

• ECDSA public key (for request signing verification)
• Bearer access and refresh tokens
• Solana wallet address (public key)
• Contract addresses identified for trading
• Trade amounts and slippage parameters
• Limit order parameters
• Per-request ECDSA signatures

Your messaging credentials and personal data are not sent to the Thor API.

4.2 Messaging Platforms

• Telegram — connects via the MTProto protocol using your phone number and Telegram app API credentials. These credentials are transmitted only to Telegram, never to our servers.
• Discord — connects using your Discord user token. This token is transmitted only to Discord, never to our servers.
• WhatsApp — uses a local browser session. No credentials are stored by Thor Sniper.

4.3 What We Do NOT Do

• We do not collect, upload, or store your social credentials (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp) on our servers — ever.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• We do not transmit crash logs, analytics, or telemetry to our servers or any external service.
• We do not have access to your social sessions, monitored groups, or locally detected contract addresses — this information never leaves your device.

Data Security

• Encryption at rest — sensitive credentials are encrypted using Windows DPAPI (CurrentUser scope), binding them to your Windows user account.
• Encryption in transit — all API communication uses HTTPS/WSS (TLS). Telegram communication uses the MTProto protocol.
• Request signing — an ECDSA P-256 keypair is generated on your device. The private key never leaves your machine; only the public key is shared with the Thor API for signature verification.
• Single-instance enforcement — the application enforces single-instance execution to prevent concurrent access conflicts.

Data Retention

Your social credentials and local application data are under your full control. Uninstalling Thor Sniper and clearing its application data from your machine permanently removes all locally stored information.

• Social credentials and sessions — removed when you log out of connected accounts within the application, or when you uninstall and clear application data.
• Local trade log and settings — retained locally until you clear them within the application or uninstall.
• Application logs — can be cleared manually at any time from within the application settings.

Your Rights

• Access and deletion — all data resides locally on your device. You may inspect, modify, or delete it at any time without contacting us.
• Credential revocation — you can remove messaging credentials from the application settings, log out of connected accounts, or revoke access directly from the respective platform (Telegram, Discord).
• Selective monitoring — you choose which groups and channels Thor Sniper monitors. You can add or remove them at any time within the application.

Children's Privacy

Thor Sniper is not intended for users under the age of 18. Cryptocurrency trading is subject to legal age restrictions in many jurisdictions and carries significant financial risk.
