Thor vs Maestro (2026): Fees, Premium vs Subscription and a Maestro Alternative

October 19, 2026 · 7 min read

Thor vs Maestro compared: 0.5% vs 1% per trade, a $100 plan with 0% bot fees vs a $200 Premium that keeps 1%, plus perps, predictions and social sniping.

In a Thor vs Maestro comparison, Thor charges a flat 0.5% per spot trade, half of Maestro's 1% fee, and Thor's $100 subscription cuts its spot and bridge fees to 0%, while Maestro's $200 Premium plan keeps the 1% fee. Maestro is strong if you want the widest chain list in one Telegram bot, and Thor is the better fit if you want lower fees, a Mini App and Chrome extension, perps and predictions.

Both are Telegram bots with copy trading, limit orders, auto-sell and a bridge, so the real differences are price, apps and markets. Here is the full comparison.

Note: Competitor facts on this page are as of October 2026 and come from Maestro's official docs and site. Fees and features change; check each bot's own docs. Last checked: October 19, 2026.

Is Thor Cheaper Than Maestro? Fees Compared

  • Thor: a flat 0.5% per spot trade on Solana and every EVM chain, with cashback on your own fees from 10% and rising with volume. See Rewards.
  • Maestro: 1% on every successful buy and sell. On Solana the fee is taken in the transaction; on other chains it builds up and is collected later. Cashback of 15% to 30% of the fee by tier brings the best effective rate to about 0.70%.

Thor's standard fee is half of Maestro's, and below Maestro's best documented cashback rate.

Thor Subscription vs Maestro Premium

Both bots sell a monthly plan, but they do different things:

  • Thor subscription, $100 for 30 days: Thor's own fee on spot trading and bridging drops to 0% on Solana and every EVM chain. See Subscription.
  • Maestro Premium, $200 a month: adds the Pro Bot, a launch simulator, higher limits (30 trades monitored, 10 wallets per chain, 12 copytrade wallets, 120 limit orders) and support. Its docs list no change to the 1% fee.

As of October 2026 we found no other major Telegram trading bot with a flat plan that removes bot fees. Maestro Premium is a flat plan, but it keeps the 1% fee.

$50,000$500$700$250$100
$100,000$1,000$1,200$500$100

The table leaves out cashback on both sides. Thor's subscription pays for itself at $20,000 of spot volume in 30 days compared with Thor's 0.5%, and at $10,000 compared with a 1% fee.

Note: Thor's subscription does not cover perps, predictions, network fees or third-party fees. Thor web extension trades cost 0.25% and are not covered either. Subscriptions are non-refundable. See Fees and the zero fee trading bot guide.

Where Thor Wins Against Maestro

  • Half the fee, and a plan that removes it. 0.5% per spot trade, or 0% with a $100 subscription, against 1% with or without Maestro Premium.
  • More ways to trade. Besides the Telegram bot, Thor has a full Mini App with charts and portfolio, a Chrome extension for sites like Pump.fun, Axiom and DexScreener, and the Windows Social Sniper. Maestro is Telegram only, plus its Scraper app.
  • Social sniping beyond Telegram. Maestro Scraper forwards contract addresses from Telegram channels and groups. Thor's Social Sniper watches WhatsApp groups and chats, X accounts, Telegram groups and channels, and Discord servers, and buys as soon as a token address appears. As of October 2026 we found no other major trading bot whose social sniping covers WhatsApp.
  • Perps and predictions. Perps on Hyperliquid and predictions on Polymarket in the same app. See the Hyperliquid perps guide and the Polymarket bot guide.
  • Auto sell on every buy, everywhere. Thor's Auto sell applies to bot buys, Mini App buys, extension trades, Social Sniper buys, copy trades, Auto buy and filled limit buys.
  • Discovery built in. Trenches is a live feed of new and trending coins with a quality score and warning tags.

Thor runs its own private Solana node, so trades usually land in under half a second in normal conditions.

Where Maestro Is Strong

  • The widest chain list. Maestro's docs list 12 chains (Solana, BSC, Base, Ethereum, Monad, Sonic, Avalanche, Arbitrum, HyperEVM, Robinhood, Tron and TON), and its homepage also lists Arc. If you trade Tron, TON or Avalanche, Maestro covers them and Thor does not.
  • A desktop Scraper on three systems. Maestro Scraper runs on macOS, Windows and Linux. Thor's Social Sniper is Windows only.
  • A full sell toolkit. Limit orders, auto-sell and trailing sell, plus Auto Snipe on EVM and Solana.
  • Signals and call channels. Auto-buy from Telegram call channels is built into the bot.
  • Bridge routes. Relay, deBridge and a private route through Houdini Swap.
  • Anti-MEV and multi-wallet, with 8 wallets, or 10 on Premium.
  • Cashback that lowers the effective fee to about 0.70% at the top tier.

Thor or Maestro: Who Should Pick Which

Pick Maestro if:

  • You trade chains Thor does not support, such as Tron, TON, Avalanche or Arbitrum.
  • You want a Telegram scraper on macOS or Linux.
  • You live in Telegram call channels and want their signals wired straight into the bot.

Pick Thor if:

  • You trade on Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain or Arc and want half the fee.
  • You trade more than $20,000 a month and want 0% bot fees on spot with the subscription.
  • You want a Mini App and a Chrome extension as well as the bot.
  • You want social sniping from WhatsApp, X and Discord, not only Telegram.
  • You want perps and predictions next to your spot trades.

What Is the Best Maestro Alternative?

If Thor's six chains cover what you trade, Thor is a strong Maestro alternative: the same core Telegram tools (copy trading, limit orders, auto-sell, bridge) at half the fee, a flat plan that actually removes bot fees, and perps and predictions in the same account.

How to Switch From Maestro to Thor

  1. Open Thor on Telegram, press Start, accept the Terms and turn on your Security PIN. Thor creates a Solana wallet and an EVM wallet for you. See Create your account.
  2. To keep using a wallet you already own, open Wallets, choose Import and paste its private key. Your EVM wallet uses the same address on every EVM chain. See Wallets.
  3. Fund your wallet: open Deposit, check the chain and send SOL or the chain's own coin. See Fund your wallet.
  4. Set up Auto sell: open Settings → Auto sell, add targets such as sell 50% at +100% and 100% at -30%, and turn it on.
  5. Optional: rebuild your copy trades in Copy trade, and subscribe in Settings → Subscription if you trade more than $20,000 a month.

Warning: Anyone with a private key can move the funds in that wallet. Never share it. Thor will never ask for it.
